Project Collaboration Tools:

Customer Success Meetings

  • We will set up weekly meetings to see how everything is progressing - we will open your platform configuration sheet and walk through the different open items posted on the project tracker tab.

Slack

  • The best way for us to keep in touch with you, on a daily basis, is through Slack, Please tell us whether you know how to use the platform, and we'll register you asap.

  • You'll receive a message in your inbox similar to the one below. Just click Join now, and you'll be able to access that channel to keep in constant touch with your team, and anything related to TOQIO will be posted there.

Jira Service Desk

  • For technical issues, we use Jira Service Desk – we will share our protocol of communications, and all issues must be logged in the JSD Portal; this way we keep track of the progress that has been made on both sides and accomplish our SLAs.

  • How to create a ticket on Jira – it's very simple: click the question mark in the bottom right corner of the admin portal and provide the most accurate graphic information. This will enable our teams to tackle the issue much faster. More information will be shared by our Customer Success Team.
