Issue cards to users

Finally, a Director or Account Owner for SME or CONSUMER will also have the option to issue a new card for their employees, or other user roles.

The 'New card' option will be available from each user's details at the top right of the page:

  • If a Director or Account Owner selects the 'New card' button, they will be redirected to the Issue new card flow.

  • EXCEPTION! For Modulr users, it is important to consider that a new card will not be able to be issued if the user has not set up their security questions during the Onboarding credentials setup or in the User Settings option available after login.
  • Once the security questions have been answered the 'New card' button will become available.
