Configuration

As part of Customer Support Integration, we require our Customers to hold an Intercom license. This is at the request of Intercom, whose terms you (as our customer) must accept in order to use the platform.

To do this, please see the following instructions for signing up and for providing Toqio with the details we require in order to connect to your Intercom instance.

Signing up to Intercom:
To sign up for Intercom, simply go to the Intercom website, and register.

Some of our Customers will qualify to sign up for the Early Stage license here. Get the following information ready as you will need it to complete the application process.

Company full name.

Number of employees: < 5 employees using Intercom.

Years since founded: < 2 years old.

Funds received to date: < 1 million external funding.

Company URL.

Once you complete the forms, you'll be granted trial access for 14 days while they approve your Early Stage Program acceptance. The parameters we need in order to set up your connection won’t change when the trial period ends and you purchase a proper license.

If this package is not sufficient for you, we suggest that you sign up for the Grow package at $99 a month. This will enable the key features that we require for the integration. If you qualify for the Early Stage license, you can get some of these features at a reduced price.
