Access and Connection between Toqio and Intercom

Providing Toqio with access to Intercom

Once you have logged in to your new Intercom instance, you must invite a member of our team with Admin permissions. Intercom provides this guide which shows you how to add or remove users. As part of the Onboarding process, you will be given the details required to invite the Toqio team onto Intercom.

Please note that not all configurations of INTERCOM are valid for Toqio, so any customization or configuration will need to be notified to Toqio. As part of the initial setup process, we will review the configuration to ensure your instance is valid.

Connecting Toqio and Intercom

In order to connect Toqio and Intercom, the customer will need to provide Toqio with the following details.

Application ID: This is located inside the Intercom URL when you are logged in to Intercom.
It should look like this:

iOS API Key: Navigate to Settings >> Installation >> iOS.
It should look like this:

Android API Key: Navigate to Settings >> Installation >> Android.
It should look like this:

You will need to provide TOQIO with these three values so that we can update your TOQIO applications to connect to your Intercom instance.
Once the setup is finished, the final configuration must look like this:
