Overview

Toqio Analytics is an external platform we develop and maintain to provide our customers with access to their data stored in our database with a set of predefined dashboards to help to understand the ongoing business health. Based on the license a customer purchase will also have the capability of creating custom queries, graphics and dashboards.

Currently we provide our customers by default with Business Pulse Dashboards to analyse Clients, Users, Transactions, Cards and Accounts and, if contracted, Factoring operations.

Q: How can I get access to Toqio Analytics?
A: Get in touch with your Customer Success Manager to setup your access and the license you are interested in

Q: Can I have more than one user?

A: Yes, you can have as many users as you want, and they can be setup as users in different licenses. As an example, your financing team wants to access reports and your data team needs to run custom queries and create dashboards and reports. In this case you could purchase a licence for viewer for finance and another standard license for the responsible of your data team.
