Exporting reports

Enable or disable the option of creating your own account report from the Toqio platform.

Product Overview

The main objective of this functionality is that the user exports different formats that contain the transactions in different periods and/or accounts. They will be able to generate an immediate report or a recurrent one, selecting the frequency that better adjusts to their needs.

This functionality can be enabled or disabled from the Admin portal. So clients with this functionality ON will have access from SME platforms.

FAQs

Q: How many reports can I generate?

A: You can generate as many reports as you want, there is no limit.

Q: When will I receive the email with my report?

A: If it's an immediate report, you will receive the email after the successful toast. In the case of recurrent reports, you can check the times above.

Q: What happens if I never receive the email?

A: It could be because you don't have any data in the account or the selected period, or because there was an error in our system.

Q: I have received my email, but I don't see any attachments

A: You should always have an attachment, if you don't then you should contact our customer support team.

Q: I don't want to receive more recurrent reports

A: To cancel a recurrent report, you need to contact our customer support team.
