Before accounts can be created at the financial provider, the merchant has to be created on the bank side.
Since Toqio is a multi provider system, this process must be launched when the user is going to create the first account for each financial provider.
In this process, before creating the account, the integration must check if that merchant is already registered with the bank.
- If the merchant already exists, continue with the account creation process.
- If the merchant does not exist, the integration must create the merchant in the provider side and then, if this action is successful, continue with the account creation.
